Terms of service

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Digital Informedia Pty Ltd (1 Coach House Place, Bella Vista NSW 2153; 432 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153). You can reach us on (02) 9659 9882.

2. Orders and prices

• All prices are fixed and shown in USD, inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• An order is accepted once payment is confirmed, or once we confirm an invoiced order in writing.
• Per-unit services are charged per unit described (for example, per tape or per 100 prints).
• If what you send us differs materially from what you ordered (for example, more pages or longer tapes), we will contact you before doing extra work.

3. Your items and files

• You confirm you own, or have permission to copy, every item and file you give us.
• We do not copy commercially produced or copy-protected media.
• We handle originals with care, but old media can be fragile. We are not liable for failure of media that was already degraded, except where the law says otherwise.
• Please collect originals within 60 days of completion.

4. Design work

• Each design service includes the number of revision rounds listed on the service page.
• On full payment you own the final artwork we deliver, excluding third-party fonts and stock licences.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
