Finished files are delivered by secure download link sent to the email address on your order. Links stay active for 30 days.

Physical items

Originals, and any USB drives included in your order, can be collected from:

Turnaround

Each service page lists its turnaround, counted in business days from when we receive your items or brief. If something will take longer, for example because a tape needs repair, we'll let you know before the due date.
