How do I get my tapes and photos to you?
After you order, drop them in to our Bella Vista or Baulkham Hills location during business hours. Just quote the order number from your confirmation page at the counter. For design services we'll email you a short brief to fill in.
Are my originals safe?
Yes. Every item is logged when it arrives, handled only by our team, stored securely while we work, and returned to you with your finished files.
How do I receive the finished files?
By secure download link that stays active for 30 days. Bundles include a USB drive, and you can add extra USB copies at the counter.
What if a tape is damaged or won't play?
We'll try a careful repair first. If we can't recover anything from an item, you're not charged for it and we refund that part of your order.
Why are prices in US dollars?
We serve customers in Australia and overseas, so our online catalogue is priced in USD. Your card provider converts the amount at checkout.
Can I get a quote for a larger job?
Of course. For big collections or ongoing design work, call us or send an enquiry from the contact page and we'll put together a package.
